Acceptable Use

Prohibited use

You may not use Epic OS, Epic Cloudflare OS, the private kit, or any hosted instance to: scam, phish, or defraud; run investment, crypto, or “guaranteed returns” schemes; impersonate Epic Tech AI, Stripe, banks, or other users; distribute malware or exploit kits; attack or scan systems without authorization; harvest personal data without a lawful basis; violate export controls, sanctions, or criminal law; circumvent billing, entitlements, or rate limits; share private kit credentials; abuse AI to produce CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or violent-crime facilitation; use Seedance or other media to deepfake real people for fraud, defamation, NCII, political impersonation scams, or illegal deception; or request content that infringes copyright, trademark, or publicity rights without authorization.

Enforcement

We may warn, suspend, ban, or forfeit fees where the law allows, and report to Stripe or law enforcement when required. Credits may be forfeited on material AUP violations.
