The Epic OS first-run shell in this GitHub repository is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. A copy is in the LICENSE file at the repo root.
You may use, modify, and distribute that code under Apache 2.0. Trademark rights are not included. See NOTICE and the Trademarks page.
When you purchase Repo Access, Repo Access Annual, Hosted Pro, or Hosted Team via Stripe, Epic Tech AI grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license as described in the Terms.
You may use Epic Cloudflare OS for lawful personal or internal business purposes under the plan you bought. You may run locally after Repo Access without Epic platform usage fees (you pay your own AI keys). Hosted production features require an active Hosted subscription.
You may not resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute private kit materials; circumvent billing or security; or claim Epic Tech AI endorsement of illegal activity.
Epic Cloudflare OS is based on a fork of Cloudflare OS and related open-source components under Apache License 2.0 (and other licenses noted in third-party notices). Those licenses still apply to the corresponding upstream code.
Your commercial relationship with Epic Tech AI for branding, kit access, hosting, and support is governed by these Terms, not by a grant of Apache rights to private kit materials.
