Epic Tech AI (“we”) operates Epic OS, Epic Cloudflare OS (os.epictechai.app), and the first-run shell on Workers. By signing in, completing Stripe Checkout, or using the software, you agree to these Terms.

Repo Access (one-time or annual) is a software access license: private kit access and the right to run locally. It is not a hosted seat.
Hosted Pro / Hosted Team is a recurring subscription for production use of a hosted instance we provision.
Seedance media credits are prepaid digital goods for AI video generation via Cloudflare AI. No free generations.
The public Epic OS first-run shell is provided as-is. New users sign in with GitHub and receive an isolated D1 vault. That is not a hosted production seat unless you buy one.
None of this is an investment product. No profits, tokens, yield, or financial returns are promised.
After valid Repo Access, running on your machine does not incur Epic platform usage fees. You pay your own model providers (BYOK).
Hosted or production use of our deployed OS requires an active Hosted Pro or Team subscription.
Repo Access does not include unlimited free hosted production.
You must provide accurate information, be able to form a binding contract, and follow export and sanctions law.
New users on this shell sign in with email. We send a one-time code and a single-use link to that inbox. The vault is keyed to the verified address. GitHub OAuth is optional when configured. One person per consumer account unless Team seats apply.
Owner break-glass password login is only for the operator account. Do not share it.
Official hosts are os.epictechai.app and the epic-os workers.dev fallback. Mail from Epic OS never asks for a password, seed, or card. Report lookalikes to epictechai@gmail.com.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or CVV. Prices are USD unless stated. Taxes may apply. Hosted subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.
Seedance credits are prepaid. A successful generation attempt consumes a credit when the job is approved. Failed provider runs after debit may get a manual credit restore if the failure is our infrastructure — not content-policy rejections or bad prompts.
AI outputs are synthetic. You review rights, disclosures, and lawful use before publishing.
You keep rights in workspaces, prompts, and files you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content so the product can run — including model providers you connect.
Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.
Software is provided AS IS, without warranties of merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI output can be wrong. You stay responsible for decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability from a purchase is limited to what you paid us for that product in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
You will indemnify us against claims from your misuse, illegal use, or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend access for Acceptable Use violations or non-payment. You may cancel Hosted plans in the Stripe portal.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version. Material changes apply going forward.
Unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
