When we refund Repo Access, Hosted plans, and Seedance credits.
Duplicate charge or a clear Stripe error: full refund. If you were not invited within 7 days of verified payment and you contacted support: full refund or invite, your choice. Change of mind after private materials were delivered: no refund (digital goods). Fraudulent chargeback after use: account banned; we dispute with Stripe.
Request within 14 days: epictechai@gmail.com with the Stripe receipt email.
Cancel anytime. Access lasts until the period ends. No partial-month refund by default. If the service is materially unavailable more than 72 hours continuous and that is our fault, we may pro-rate a credit or refund.
Cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal or email epictechai@gmail.com from the paying address.
Unused credits within 14 days of purchase: refund remaining unused credits, pro-rated. Credits already consumed: no cash refund. Our infrastructure failed after debit (documented job id): restore credit or refund that unit at our discretion. Content-policy rejection: no refund of that debit. Chargeback after use: ban and Stripe dispute.
