What we collect, why, and who we share it with.
Account and purchase: email, name from Stripe, GitHub handle you use to sign in.
Billing: Stripe customer id, subscription status, last4 via Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
This shell: the email you verify (or GitHub user id if you use GitHub), a hashed session cookie, and the vault you create (workspaces, providers, chat, integrations flags) in Cloudflare D1. Sign-in codes are stored as hashes and expire in ten minutes.
Hosted workshop: logs, IPs, usage counts for security and reliability.
Seedance / AI media: buyer email, credit balance, job ids, prompt metadata, generation status.
Local kit runs do not send us your local traffic by default.
Provide and secure the product, process payments, prevent fraud, talk to you about access or outages, and comply with law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Stripe for payments. Cloudflare (and Railway or other hosts) to run infrastructure. GitHub for OAuth and private repo invites. Model providers you choose (xAI, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Workers AI, ByteDance via Cloudflare for Seedance) process prompts you send them.
Law enforcement when legally required.
Billing records are kept as required for tax. Security logs are kept for a limited period, then deleted or aggregated. You may delete a vault from Account on this shell; we may retain billing records.
TLS in transit on production. Secrets in Worker secrets. Stripe is PCI DSS. Webhooks are signature-checked.
Depending on GDPR, CCPA, or similar law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we control, subject to legal retention. Email epictechai@gmail.com.

Data may be processed in the United States and other regions where our processors operate.
